Restaurant Survey

The Plastic Reduction Committee of Green Hudson recently completed a survey of 44 restaurants in Hudson. We mostly excluded restaurants that were major chains with a few exceptions. The purpose of the survey was to determine how many restaurants are still using polystyrene (Styrofoam) containers as well as other single use products such as straws, utensils, and non-recyclable black plastic.
